Legacies and solidary testaments<\/h3>\n

More and more people are choosing to include non-profit organizations in their will. For doing so, you do not have to be a member of the entity, you only have to notify before a notary what and to whom you wish to bequeath your heritage or part of it, always respecting the legitimate inheritance of the forced heirs.<\/p>\n

The legacy can be a fixed amount of money or a percentage of the total value of the heritage. It is also possible to bequeath real estates, furniture, artwork, jewelry or any other property.<\/p>\n
